Who Are The Nephilim

The King James version of the Bible does not include the term Nephilim. In this approved version, the Hebrew word has been translated as “giants”. A number of stories have grown up suggesting they were fallen angels who had intercourse with human women. Or were the offspring of such or were perhaps the children of Cain or the children of Seth, who rebelled against God and married the daughters of Cain.

Nephilim are said to be fallen, angels.

Easton’s Bible Dictionary has this to say, “(Genesis 6:4; Numbers 13:33, RSV), giants, the Hebrew word left untranslated by the Revisers, the name of one of the Canaanitish tribes. The Revisers have, however, translated the Hebrew gibborim, in Genesis 6:4, “mighty men” The intermarriage with the daughters of man occurs early in Genesis on the Biblical Timeline. While the later references in Bible history occur after Moses to the time of David.   1. Can you answer this question? In genesis 27 Issac blesses Jacob than appears he was dying. Jacob than flees to Labons house for 20 yrs. then Genesis 35:27-29 tells of death of Issac and he was buried by Jacob and Essau. They appeared to have reconciled so did Jacob die back in genesis 27 or did he cont to live after Jacob left after the blessing.
