Timeline:
The Bible dates are from Bishop James Ussher’s chronology found in the annotated King James Bible starting in 1701. His calculations are considered the most reliable by Bible historians today as in centuries past. The secular or world history dates are based on the most widely accepted dates by experts in each field.
We continuously refine and fact check the information with our international team and consider the resources living documents as new data is always coming in from various disciplines. At the beginning of 2017 we finished a year long project with a Harvard historian on the veracity of the information in both our products and publications.

What doctrine is the Timeline based on?
The Amazing Bible World History Timeline is based on dates only and contains no doctrine. The Bible dates are based on Usher’s Table. Usher is a well known seventeenth century Bishop of Ireland whose work in determining Biblical dates has been widely accepted. His Bible dates were included in both the King James Bible and the Catholic Bibles. Whatever your doctrine or belief, if you are a student of the Bible and history, the color coded Timeline helps you see Biblical events clearly in relationship to world history as well as to other Biblical events.
How can I find a person or event on the Timeline if I’m not sure when he lived?
You can look him or her up on the index which is printed on the lower corners of the timeline. This will point you to the right year. It will also point you to any Bible references for that person or event.

Is the Timeline laminated?
The Amazing Bible Timeline is printed on high quality heavy weight paper which is then varnished to make a tough and long-lasting finish. However, we understand that sometimes lamination is required and so we do offer lamination as an optional extra in the cart.

The Amazing Bible World History Timeline is 37″ high and 45″ wide. That’s about three feet by four feet.
